Car rental Conditions

We offer car rental services, rent a car system according to the terms and conditions below

The rental will be in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below:
The car is given for rent by a legal entity, hereinafter referred to as "LOCATOR"
The person who rents, the legal or physical person, hereinafter referred to as "LOCATOR"
The person who rents a car must meet all the conditions and requirements imposed by the Locator.
LESSEE read the terms and confirm their acceptance.
LESSEE must be at least 23 years of age, be in possession of a valid driving license for the category of the rented vehicle for over 2 years.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR HIRE RENTAL:
The rental will be done in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract, listed below.
Persons who rent a car must meet all the conditions and requirements imposed by the Locator.
Customer has read the terms and conditions and confirms their acceptance.
The Lessee reserves the right to refuse to rent a car without giving any explanation. The additional customer or drivers must be at least 23 years of age, be in possession of a driving license for over 2 years and have a C.I, passport or valid residence permit. The second driver enrolled in the contract is free of charge, for another additional driver to pay 3 Euro / day

2. VEHICLE USE:
The client undertakes to drive the rented vehicle in compliance with all legal provisions on driving a car on public roads. The customer agrees that the vehicle will not be used and driven:
a) in violation of traffic regulations, customs or other regulations;
(b) for the carriage of passengers or any commodity for remuneration;
c) to push or towing any other vehicle, trailer or other object;
d) while the customer or any other driver of the vehicle is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics have any other prohibited substances;
e) in any kind of race, test, contest, off-road, school car or wind activities;
f) otherwise than according to the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations;
(g) loaded above the maximum permissible load or above the maximum number of passengers (both specified in the carriage);
h) in any illegal activity;
(i) flooded areas or crossings of watercourses;

The car will be used exclusively on the territory of Romania, the crossing of the border being possible only if the Locator gives its consent and a contract is expressly stipulated. The car can only be driven by the signatory of this contract or by any other person specified in the rental contract and fulfilling the terms of this contract. The customer will in no circumstances leave the doors, the windows, the luggage compartment or the car open and will never leave the keys or car keys in the car. The Customer assumes full responsibility (financial, civil and criminal) for non-compliance with the terms of use of this contract. In the event of malfunction or any other damage, the repair of the machine must be done by an Authorized Service, designated by the Locator, only with the knowledge and consent of the Locator and in accordance with the Locator's instructions. The customer can not under any circumstances sell, rent, or warrant with the car that is the subject of this contract. In the event of a collision, accident or any other malfunction, the customer will immediately inform the Lessor who will give you all the instructions appropriate to the situation.

3. DELIVERY / PRELUCTION:
The car is delivered in good working order, without damage and without damage to the body or interior.
The customer acknowledges and checks the condition of the car before signing this contract, and any complaints about its condition will be made immediately after delivery and will be recorded in the rental agreement. The customer undertakes to return the car together with all the documents, keys, accessories and equipment, all in good condition at the place and date agreed in the rental agreement. Upon expiry of the lease (expiry of the lease period specified in the contract), it becomes null and void. At a delay of more than three hours from the time specified in the contract, the lessor reserves the right to inform the Police of theft of the car. The lessor provides free delivery and takeover of the car to and from the address indicated by the customer, if located in the city of Bucharest. Otherwise, this service is not free of charge and is charged 0.15 euro / km for the return journey.

4. TAXES / PENALTIES:
The rates are set in euro. Cash payments are only accepted in RON at the B.N.R. from the day of payment or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, etc.). The minimum rental period is
